The Art Deco period was from 1925 till 1939. One of the most frequently asked questions are why it is called 'Art Deco'. The term came from the title of an exposition in Paris called 'Exposition Internationale des humanities Decoratifs ET Industriels Modernes'. It was not called Art Deco in the 1920's and 1930's. Or they could have a villa, cottage or studio diagonally opposite to their home particularly for their guests use.
